New Moon Candle Light Sound Bath

Step into a sanctuary where your spirit is invited on a pilgrimage inward to a deep state of relaxation and release. Resonant gongs call to your soul, inviting you to release the weight of what no longer serves. Frequencies of crystal bowls, pure, luminous, wash over you, clearing the mind, attuning your energy to a higher vibration. Each chime is a whisper from the universe - a reminder of the peace and clarity within you. The sounds speak directly to your body and spirit, dissolving tension and creating a space for profound healing and release. 
The experience is a loving communion with self, a non-verbal prayer, a deep cellular reset, leaving you feeling renewed, centered, and deeply at peace.

What to expect:
We will invite you to lie down and get comfortable with your pillow and blanket on your yoga mat. You will experience a guided meditation to lead you into the hour-long candlelight Sacred Sound Bath. At the conclusion of the sound bath you will be gently invited back and led through a grounding exercise to leave you feeling well-balanced and connected to Mother Earth. 
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water, Yoga mat, a pillow, and blanket for your comfort. We will provide you with eye masks.
