Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 3 days to process your order before shipping (though, we usually can process same or next-day). 
Refer to the shipping estimates displayed for shipping times. Unfortunately, we cannot guarentee any specific delivery times.
If your order is marked as shipped, but tracking shows as "USPS awaiting item", please allow up to 5 days for tracking to update.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am-8pm Monday-Saturday, and 12pm-6pm Sundays. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
