Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Subscriptions are charged each month, with the day depending on the item subscribed to.  Snail Mail Club subscriptions are charged on the 25th of each month. Smokey's Spell Society subscriptions are charged on the first of each month.

Snail Mail Club subscriptions do not come with a tracking number.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. You can skip the upcoming order, pause your subscription, resume your subscription, and cancel.  Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there, or from your account on the website.

Subscription items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
