What to expect on this Sacred Journey: we will begin with breathwork and guided meditation leading into the hour-long sound journey. We will conclude with a tea ritual designed to ground your intentions and energy into the new frequency of healing and harmony.  In the balance between silence and sound, you will find the alchemy of your own soul.
 (You are welcome to bring your Rose Quartz, Lapis Lazuli, Green Aventurine, Moonstone, Blue Lace Agate, and Rhodonite crystals to be cleansed with the sound bath) Come balance your frequency in this powerful cosmic alignment of the First New Moon after the Autumn Equinox.
