Have you heard the old saying, "Life is about the choices we make?" In this session of LifeTalks, we will delve into the concept that choices are everywhere. They aren't always easy or obvious, but they are always there. And, sometimes changing our perspective on things can makes these choices easier to identify and make properly. Please join me for a bit of storytime, a bit of information, some self-reflection, a few "Ah-Ha moments," and some group discussion about how identifying these choice moments and taking the time to make them properly can have an enormously positive effect on our lives in so many ways!
