What to expect:
You will be asked what your intention is for this healing so that Trice can address them all in the healing. We will invite you to lie down and get comfortable with your pillow and blanket on your yoga mat. You will experience a guided meditation leading into the healing session to help you relax and be open to receive. Healing frequency music will be played during the session. Trice will tap into the energy of the group and, keeping your intentions in mind, will facilitate the healing needed for the highest good for those in attendance. At the conclusion of the session, you will be gently invited back. Post-healing, there will be an opportunity to discuss your healing experience with Trice and receive any insight and messages she received for the group during this healing session.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a Yoga mat, pillow, water, and blanket for your comfort; we will provide the eye masks and the magic
