In a world that often feels unsafe, safety is something most people seek in all aspects of life. During this workshop, participants will receive evidence-based interventions and tools such as Breathwork, Somatic Movement, and more to establish inner safety, support nervous system regulation, and help heal stored trauma in the body while learning divine feminine principles for healing and holistic restoration.
During this workshop, participants will learn how to regulate their nervous system and cultivate an inner sense of safety using a soft and feminine approach.
Participants are encouraged to bring: a yoga mat for grounding, water for hydration, comfortable clothing that allows movement, a blanket for warmth/coziness, any items that support your comfort, and flowers to honor/adorn our sacred altar.
