Exploratory Conversations are guided, small-group discussions created to make space for open and honest conversations around death, dying, and grief.
Death is universal, yet many of us avoid talking about it. While these conversations can feel uncomfortable, they can also open the door to deeper reflection, clarity, and a greater appreciation for life.
Each session is gently structured while still allowing the conversation to unfold naturally. Through guided questions and shared dialogue, we explore what these topics bring up for us, individually and collectively.
What to Expect:
Guided questions to support reflection
Opportunities for open conversation
Time for personal introspection
A welcoming environment where you can participate at your own comfort level
Who It’s For:
Anyone who is curious or open to exploring topics related to death, dying, and grief. This may include those who have experienced loss, those who work in end-of-life spaces, or those simply looking to reflect more deeply on life.
The Atmosphere:
Participation is limited to 10 attendees to support a more intentional and thoughtful experience.
Please Note:
While this space is supportive, it is not a traditional support group or therapy session. It is a space for open conversation, reflection, and exploration.
