    How do Rachel's Energy Portraits work?

    Timeframe for completion: 2 weeks
    Dimensions: 3.9" x 9.8"
    Medium: Watercolor on 140lb cold-pressed paper
    Requirements from client: Contact Information, and favorite picture of yourself

    Rachel's Energy Portraits are not offered as a live session.

    When you book an Energy Portrait, we will reach out to you via email and ask you to provide a picture of yourself. The photo doesn't have to be a headshot, but a solo picture of just yourself is preferable.

    We also ask you to provide your birth chart information at the time of booking, as this information helps Rachel in her process.

    Once completed, you will be notified via email, and Rachel will drop off your Energy Portrait with a brief interpretation.

    Rachel's FAQ:

    What information will Rachel need for a Natal Chart or Synastry & Composition Chart session?

    Rachel will need to following:

    • Your birthdate,
    • Your birth time, in your birthplace's local time (ex. 5:00pm EST, 11:03 PST, etc.),
    • Your birthplace.

    For Synastry & Composition Charts, she will need this information for both individuals.

    Please provide this information in the question boxes while booking!

    Do you ship Energy Portraits? I cannot come in to pick it up!

    Yes! We can ship your Energy Portrait for you. Rachel's interpretation will be sent written for you if you choose to have your Energy Portrait shipped.

    As it is a fragile, bendable item, shipping for this will be separate from other items purchased at the same time to ensure its safety during travel.

    Does Rachel allow a guest in the room during a reading?

    Generally no -- but she can make exceptions depending on the situation. Please give us a call before booking!

    Does Rachel allow readings to be recorded?

    Yes! Rachel allows readings with her to be recorded if desired.

    Does Rachel do couple's readings, or group readings?

    Rachel allows 1 extra person in a reading for an additional $25. Please let us know if you'll be bringing an additional person with you!

    What is Rachel's policy for reading those under the age of 18?

    Rachel will read for those under the age of 18, as long as there is an adult guardian present!

    What exactly is an over-the-phone reading?

    Over-the-phone readings are a great option if you live far away, or you have time constraints!

    When you book for a phone reading with an in-house reader, you will call our store's main phone number at the time of your booking. When our associates answer, let them know your name, that you're calling for your phone appointment with Rachel, and we will get you connected!

    Rachel reads from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays -- if you book your reading for one of those days, at the time of your appointment, Rachel will call you at the phone number you provide from a blocked or restricted phone number. Please make sure your phone's settings allow for blocked/restricted calls to ensure your reading goes smoothly!

    At this time, we do not do video readings.
